Experts from across the project will discuss the latest advances in laser-based and advanced surface treatment technological innovations to tackle real-world surface challenges.
Topics covered range from development of sustainable corrosion‑resistant coatings (Sure2Coat) and high‑precision 3D metasurfaces for optical sensors (FABulous), to bio‑inspired drag‑reducing textures for hydro turbines (BILASURF), you’ll discover how laser functionalization is reshaping industrial performance. The session will also showcase real‑time monitoring systems for sustainable manufacturing (SYNTECS) and post‑processing laser treatments that boost biocompatibility and durability in biomedical implants and aerospace components (CLASCO).
